VWFS Rent-a-Car - Cramlington Omdömen 

I feel I must write this review. Travelling from the Scottish highlands to visit parents on Tuesday 1/3/22. The offside spring broke on our car. We managed to get it to Sudbury Skoda garage in Cramlington. Whilst trying to sort a courtesy car out through our insurance company 😞, a lovely lady called CLARE came over to us as we were having a lot of problems with the insurance company. She made me a cup of sweet tea as I was shaken up and getting so stressed, over the whole incident from the spring breaking. The dealer had to order the spare part and it wouldn’t be there until the following day. She was so helpful in sorting us out with a hire car so we could carry on to visit my family whilst the car was getting repaired. She was excellent and so professional in everything she did for us. Sudbury Skoda are very lucky to have such a pleasant, helpful person in their team. My husband and myself cannot thank Clare enough for all her hard work. We would have been really stuck without her. She even gave us a phone number if we had any problems. Thanks 🙏 so much Clare, we really appreciate your help. Would 100% recommend her to anyone.

I needed to hire a car in order to travel for a funeral so after looking around decided on skoda, Cramlington as their prices were really competitive and was getting a better class of car compared to other companies (plus was just down the road). My initial queries, picking up the car and dropping it off were all dealt with by Clare who was absolutely brilliant, very helpful and friendly which made it a peasant experience. The car was a Skoda Octavia, comfortable, very fuel efficientand what I thought was a 1.8ltr was actually a 1ltr which was surprising. Skoda Cramlington will be my new go to place for car hire. So much so that next time we decide to go away in this country I've decided to rent the Octavia again rather than use our car because of the boot space and comfort. Cannot recommend this company enough and thank you Clare.

Second time I have used rent-a-car at Cramlington. Got a great car and superb service. Great value for money as well. Clare was really helpful and did a fantastic job. No hesitation in recommending them. I will certainty be using them again.

Quick and easy at short notice only problem was getting to the garage for collection and returning the car. Maybe should have a person to pick-up and drop off customer. Will definitely use again well done.

Second time we have used Skoda Cramlington for our car hire. Arranged without any fuss at short notice by very friendly and helpful staff. The car supplied was exactly as requested and delivered to our location on time.We found it necessary to extend the length of hire , a short phone call sorted it with no problems. On returning the vehicle a quick check over by friendly staff,all stress free.

Second time in as many months I have used Pulman SKODA Cramlington for car hire. Only needed for one day on this occasion incase of emergency. Web hire process, really simple to use and again Clare at Pulman SKODA Cramlington as ever really attentive and friendly, can't praise her and the process highly enough.

Booked a couple months ago come to Old Hartley campsite in Motorhome needed a car a few days met Claire very friend and helpful given a new Octavia no dramas at all took back quick handover phoned a taxi for me. Will use again when I return, thoroughly recommended thanks.
