Rented a transporter shuttle van from VWFS Bristol for a trip to Scotland. The experience was great from the time of booking till the return. The van was new and in excellent condition and the manager was really helpful.

This was a great experience, both product and service. The van was exactly what I needed and other rental companies couldn’t guarantee something with 7 seats. With VWFS I was able to choose the exact car I wanted to rent. I interacted with John and he was very helpful. Will definitely use this again for my next rental.

Top service for start to finish. Such an easy experience, great value and is a great idea for potential customers to experience these superb campers. Very well spec’d version with great storage, versatility, comfort both on the road and whilst camping.
John was fantastic running through everything on the bus before hand, there was a lot of stuff to remember but these buses are very easy to convert from on the road to getting set up for sleeping, really liked the in built blinds and motorised roof.

Rented a VW Transporter Combi for the long bank holiday weekend as before seem less service again by John having checked in and out quickly with no issues. Service with a smile!

Great service from John as usual. Car was clean and ready to go. Newer model with on 2,000 on the clock.
Fuel policy a bit of a niggle (you always end up leaving more than you get), but service and cars outweigh this.

Car was great and the induction into how to use it was thorough. However on returning the vehicle we had problems. I came down with a fever the day we were supposed to return it. I rang the company, I offered for my husband to be put on the insurance so he could drive it back down. They said instead, they could come and collect it (we lived only 10 minutes away) but not for another 2 days. I said this would be fine. Lo and behold, a few hours later I received an updated invoice which had added £80 for the two extra days. When I rang to complain (I had not been told them collecting it in 2 days would incur any extra cost) I asked how much it would be to add an extra driver to the car so my husband could drive it down that very same day. The reply was £10. Which we did instead. But what a faff to have to go through, even when I had offered that option it was dismissed so I could be charged nearly £100 more.

Excellent service, amazing fleet and really great prices. Happy to use this place again and again.
