Excellent service

Excellent service. Highly impressed with the level of knowledge. All questions answered clearly. Very effective communication. Very impressed with the chap at the rentals desk (Raheel). Extremely helpful with any scenario i put forward. Highly recommended. I would give more stars if possible.

VW Rental Birmingham.....simply the best !

Super professional and efficient service. Clean reliable new car at a great price with no hidden charges. Collection and drop off is seamless. I always use VW for rentals as there is never any drama just a professional service. Thank you Raheel, would highly recommend your services.

Prefect company prefect staff 5/5 gave me great car and great service specially the staff MR Raheel there terms and conditions was amazing not like other rent cars specially they say on website 30 £ per day but then they rob you with this insurance that insurance but with this company there was nothing like that what you see is that you get totally amazing well done keep it up 👍 👍👍

Best rental company in all of…

Best rental company in all of Birmingham. Really straight forward no hidden costs. I was out of their with the car within 10 minutes. No hassle stress free. Will be using these guys again.

It's a brand new vehicle with loads of…

It's a brand new vehicle with loads of features which became handy in many places during our trip. And I amazed with the engine power and performance. Kudos to the vwfs team they made the process of getting and returning the vehicle very easy and hassle free. I would prefer vwfs for my future rental cars.

Great service!

Came across Raheel and Zain for the first time, they both were very professional to deal with.

Would absolutely rent from VW again, great work guys!

Not everyone gets credit for the work they do, you throughly deserve it, I can only imagine how other clients must feel.

The manager mr zayn lateef had looked after me and given an upgrade for free due to the vehicle not be available!! Excellent service and will definitely come back!!
