The service here was excellent
The service here was excellent. Everything ran smoothly and they were very efficient and attended our every need. I could not fault anything and I will definitely be back to rent a car again. The price was the best in Ashford. The car was very clean and on time. It was ready and waiting for us when we arrived and we were seen straight away as they knew we had a ferry to catch. It was the perfect experience

Everything was fantastic. Carol was the best in everything. She was supportive, explained everything from start till pick up of the car. The car was very economical, drove well and was the best size for my family.

Going the extra mile
The service is wonderful. I required a car at short notice and Carol was so helpful so much so she got a smaller car cleaned and sanitised in a few moments so that I could meet up with friends. Always happy and very courteous.

The service was fantastic
The service was fantastic, the car was ready on time and beautifully clean. The whole process of hiring was really quick and straight forward. I needed to change my hire period twice which was handled quickly and without any fuss. I would definitely hire from VWFS again and recommend them to everyone!

Carol was brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Cheapest deal out there with a brand new Golf. Low deposit and only £200 excess. Service all round was absolutely brilliant and l couldn’t recommend highly enough!!! 😀🤩

Booked online from Australia, great service from Carol on arrival after long flight. Collection, drop off and paperwork easy, very efficient. Great to have an all in price no hidden extras. Definitely use again.

Carol is a superstar!
Easy to use, cost effective, friendly staff, personal touch and would recommend to anyone wanting to rent a quality car from a high quality dealer... This is the 3rd or fourth time that I have used Carol in Ashford, and I will always go back to her for any rental car I need in the UK.
