When we needed medical cover for circa 30 cyclists who were covering 600 miles in 6 days from one end of the country to the other we turned to VTS.
They were able to supply two medical staff in a fully equipped vehicle to support us at rest stops, overnight accommodation and in an emergency.
Thankfully the full extent of their skillset wasn't required, with riders suffering only from the usual complaints from 8+ hours in the saddle and an excess of sugar.
Knowing we had their expertise and equipment readily available was a great source of comfort for riders and their loved ones, being able to ask a quick question if feeling under the weather or in acute pain was hugely beneficial.
Andy and his team have been supplying us with medical cover at our events for some time, and always provide a very competitive and professional service.
