Great WPI. Flavours always delicious and fast delivery. I’ve got strawberry and the vanilla at the moment. Good prices too.

Easy to order and quick delivery. My only gripe is that the parcel couldn’t be left at doorstep so I had to make another trip to the post office.

My order was flagged as potentially fraudulent, and I received an email from customer service asking for me to send a photo of my license or passport and credit card over email.
This is an absolutely unhinged practice for an online supplement company. Never would I imagine anything of the sought from an random online store. They have no business asking for or storing this data and it is absolutely reckless data practice. I feel sorry for anyone that has followed through with this and their personal information is stored who knows where on VPAs system. After all the recent public data breaches, what business does a random supplement company have for having this info? I won’t be ordering from them again because clearly they have put no thought at all into any sort of privacy measures.

Overall happy! Loving the flavours. Unfortunately one of the bags’ zip lock doesn’t work so that was a bit of a bummer.

I ordered the MCT powder about 2 weeks ago. It arrived quickly and I was a bit wary when opening it for the first time. Many brands of MCT have a smell like nail polish remover and a grainy texture when added to a coffee. VPA brand had no smell and when I made my coffee it was smooth and delicious, the best MCT powder that I have ever tried!

Products are always good and reasonably priced, delivery is very quick and ordering very easy so ticks all the boxes for me.

I love the dark chocolate protein shake. It’s good value also compared to the ones sold in retail stores. Shipping is also quite fast.

I’ve been buying products from VPA for many years now. Am happy with their protein powders. I’ve reached out to them directly regarding offering free shipping more often. They have listened to me, however, I feel it’s been some time since free shipping was offered. May I suggest you might offer this service at least once a month? And far too many email offers. Is there a way to limit these? Cheers!

I'm torn writing this review.
I have been using vpa for a while now, even to the point that I've reached their platinum status, but I've noticed as of my last few orders that the customer service has really dropped. Poor responses, or lack there of in some cases, has really put a damper in my experience with VPA. In my most recent order, a product was forgotten and when I contacted customer service they made it out that it was my fault that they forgot to add the product. It's a real shame that the customer experience has been trending this way as their product is great. Their new biscoff knock-off is awesome.
If you don't have to deal with their customer service I highly recommend VPA, but as soon as they're required to be involved I begin to get anxiety about having to deal with them.

Delivery was quick.

Products were exchanged for items of lesser value. Was also made to pay $8 for a “complementary”shaker that wouldn’t remove from my cart. When notifying the team was ignored and asked to confirm the exchange.
