Just picked up my Fiat Grande Panda from Jenny Cutlack at Vospers in Exeter - I love my new car and Jenny was amazing from when we met her for the first time at the Grande Panda lunch through to pick up. So sorry Vospers are no longer going to be Fiat dealers from 1/4/26

Unfortunately I had a breakdown in my Fiat 500 recently and when contacting Vospers in Exeter to seek advice I had truly excellent support from a young lady called Isobelle.
My car had to be towed from Taunton to Exeter for the repair. As soon as the car arrived Isobelle called me to say it had arrived safely and explained exactly what would happen. At all times she kept me fully informed of the quote and timing. She also managed to arrange the repair much quicker than we had originally thought. Overall I was most impressed with her knowledge and polite cheerful manner. She could not have been more helpful. In my view Isobelle is a real asset to the Vosper's Team. A huge thank you to Isobelle and Fiat.

I have been taking both our vehicles (currently a Mazda CX5 and a Fiat Ducato-based motorhome) over many years to Vospers Exeter for servicing and have always found them to be friendly, helpful, honest, responsive and knowledgeable. As an example, the latest (Ducato) problem required a complete new software download which was completed free of charge.

We arrived about an hour early for our scheduled 27k service and MoT on our Fiat 500. We asked Isabelle whether there was any possibility of starting the work straight away so we could get away out of Exeter due to the bank holiday traffic!! Nothing was too much trouble. Isabelle was straight on to the workshop and the car was ready a couple of hours later. Can't fault that kind of customer focussed approach and service - thank you Isabelle.

The experience I had with Zoe at Vospers was first rate. A smooth, easy transaction from test drive to purchase. I returned to Vospers having had a similar experience with Zoe in 2023. I bought a new car then but for personal reasons needed to upsize. She recommended the Fiat 600 which proved to be an ideal car for my requirements. She gave me a fair price to trade in my Fiat 500 and I am now the proud owner of a Fiat 600 Prima. A very satisfied customer.

I contacted Vospers in Truro which is where the Fiat 500 I was interested in was located, they transferred me to the Exeter branch. I spoke with Chris Hughes who is the Sales Consultant and Motability Specialist, he talked me through how electric vehicles work and explained to me all about the battery and charging process (I have never had an electric vehicle before and was unsure about them). I was impressed and keen on the car so I paid a deposit and it was brought up to Exeter for myself to test drive. I loved it when I test drove it and once again Chris explained everything to me and I picked my new wheels up today. I love it! I feel that it was a brilliant price and I have got terrific value for money. I have the confidence that if I have any problems getting used to a EV that I can contact Chris for advice. A Five star seamless service. I would definitely recommend Vospers Fiat.

There was no hard sell or pressure to purchase extras which I have experienced in the past with other dealerships.
The overall experience was smooth from start to finish.

Chris was very efficient in completing all the necessary paperwork for us. Explained everything thoroughly. My husband had a couple of questions which he sorted out. Nothing was too much trouble.

After leaving this review, I would like to update it The salesman Chris Hughes promised that all the chips would be rectified before collection, but they were not done but he promised that he would order some touch-up paint and send it to us so we could do the work if agreeable, which we did. Dispite several phone call to Chris Huges and empty promises 2 months later WE HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED THE TOUCH UP PAINT also no sound comes through the SatNav and again Chris Huges promised to get an answer as to how to get the sound but again NOTHING we would not deal with this company again as they will say anything to get a sale.

Great service from Vospers. Chris Hughes handled everything from first inquiry to handover of the vehicle smooth and easy all the way through highly recommended.

We saw Chris to take delivery of our Fiat today. Everything was perfect with the car and Chris carefully took us through the car features and documents. Chris certainly majors on giving his customers a great ‘experience’ and we certainly felt that today. Dealing with Chris has been an absolute pleasure and we will be seeing him later this summer to change our second car. Chris is like no other car dealer I have ever met and everything you want from someone when making such a big financial decision. Chris and Vospers are very highly recommended.

We were lucky to meet Chris towards the end of a long day looking for cars. Immediately on entering the showroom it was obvious that Chris was an excellent ambassador for his brand and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Despite turning up without an appointment Chris found time for us to look at a car and fit in a test drive although he was expecting other customers back. On our return Chris made the whole experience of buying a car a real pleasure. There was no pressure and we focused on the car and how it made my wife feel. On reflection, Chris was easily the best salesman we met this last weekend (we met 4) and we’re excited to be picking up our new car from Chris later this week. Chris is a real pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him.
