It's not a very high-quality freezer
It's not a very high-quality freezer. I have other units that I paid much more for in the past and I've never had a problem with I have to manual defrost and unplug this one every 2 weeks. There's also a leak in the gasket around the windows that we had to have replaced within 2 months of buying the freezer. We definitely have to watch out and make sure that are products don't suffer with the temperature fluctuations that it has between it's defrost cycle. Sometimes it can fluctuate between -7 and 37 degrees within an hour without being opened. This unit is not made to be open and closed repeatedly in a retail setting. It takes forever to cool back down. I can't wait till I save some more money and buy a better one

The freezer was under warranty. There is no record of any service request being made by the customer. If there was an issue with the gasket, we would have replaced the entire door. Only the door gasket is replaceable, the window gasket seals the window in place in the door frame. The fluctuation in temperature several times in every 24 hour period is normal. It indicates that the freezer is in the defrost cycle. When the freezer goes into defrost the temperature will rise.

We ordered three sandwich prep tables and received everything in perfect condition. The delivery time was so quick from the day we placed out order. I would definitely order from Vortex Refrigeration again and let my friends know about Vortex as well.

To be sincere
To be sincere, I feel I should not encounter any brake down since it a brand new equipment, but I am impressed that immediate attention was given and the problem was corrected, I now know to turn the breaker of and the front switch when the temperature start going down.

I bought 3 of 2-door freezers in September, 2017. 2 of them are working good, but 1 has never been good. The temperature has been over 10F, no matter how I tried to make adjustments. I had my own technician to call the company trying to get hold of their service department several times, but never get any answer. The service of this company are bad.

The dealer that sold him these pieces dropped the ball. Techs from Vortex corporate were sent to the customer's location and repaired the freezer. This was a few months ago and there have been no problems since. It is unfortunate that the customer did not keep his promise to come back on Trustpilot and update his original review.

Purchased 2 freezers and 1 refegiratorn - Buyer Beware
Purchased 2 freezers and 1 refegirator. From righ when we received them we have had nothing but problems with all 3 units. Freezers were not calibrated from factory correctly and keep freezing up. Additionally, the refrigerator has been having an issue cooling down now and we cannot get anybody from Vortex to support us in getting a service company out. Vortex is not helping with getting us one. Their support is not good and they do not follow up with you. These units have been under warranty for a year and I am afraid of what will happen out of warranty.
There are a lot of other products to check out and I would stay away from this company in the future.

Service was sent to the customer's location and the service tech found nothing wrong with the operation of the units, other than to say that someone had changed the Dixell temperature controller settings. They reprogramed the controllers.
