No Parcel, No Refund, SCAM?
I ordered Voom because i love this device. So i ordered direct on the Website. They told me UPS Delivery is extra charge (no problem for me because i love express). After days i got a message from UPS "cant be delivered because not allowed for private people in Cyprus". Ok i wrote Voom Support. They want to recall the package and refund. now 3-4 weeks Later, no resposnce to 3 Mails, no Refund.
Latest Call from me to them. They told me, they didnt have the parcel and i get the refund only after the parcel is back in their Warehouse. For me it sounds SCAM the Customer.

Bring back the refillables!
The moment the refillable pods are available again, I'll change this review to 5 stars. For now, I will continue to be disappointed.
I love the Voom device because it's the most discreet on the market and a great replacement for Juul. But then Voom stopped manufacturing the refillable pods, and their prefilled pod flavors suck and LEAK like crazy.
I guess they're using all their time and energy getting into the disposable vape market, because the world DeFiNiTeLy needs more disposable vapes littering the ground and wrecking the environment. Thanks a ton for that.

Voom - fine from vape shops; don't bother from them direct!
I've ordered voom products from other vape sites and been happy with the quality, so placed a larger order from voom directly. Order placed over 2 weeks ago, royal mail tracking no' provided the next day and then zero updates since. Tracking shows no details until delivery has been attempted and Royal Mail say they haven't received the package. I've tried contacting Voom directly on their website and facebook and get zero response. I'd be worried they were a fraudulent company if I hadn't had their stuff from other vape shops but as it is there's apparantly have no way of getting any response or any updates out of them. Save yourself the hassle and don't go direct
