We have tremendous appreciation and respect for Bill Vogel, who has been always immediately responsive, a great (non-condescending) educator and truly has our organization's best interests at heart. His level of devotion and professionalism is a rare commodity these days and we highly recommend him and his company.

I have worked with Bill Vogel for over 8 years now. Bill is one of the most dedicated professionals I’ve worked with and is willing to put that extra help whenever you need it. His expertise as a tenant rep broker is considerable, and it helped many companies come up with more efficient solutions on different projects. His contribution is valuable for any tenant or property owner, and I highly recommend Bill for any of your commercial real estate needs.

Honest, streamlined, professional, and got us across the finish line.

First, I cannot stress the importance of using a tenant advisory service enough. Having an agent that we could go to for advice and consulting made the process of opening an office so much easier.

Second, I would highly recommend using Vogel Advisors. Bill and his team were outstanding to work with. He helped us to look at the right properties, considering the location, property, office, landlord, and management company. They helped us to understand the terms of the lease, and supported us even after the lease was completed.

If you are opening a new office, don't try to find the property by yourself. Contact Bill and his team, and save yourself a lot of time, stress, and money.
