Charlie was incredibly helpful
Me and my mum were served by Charlie last week.
We were both incredibly happy with the service we received.
I was pleased with how quickly and easily I upgraded my phone and monthly plan and my mum was so happy with the products Charlie recommended for her. She was also very grateful for the time Charlie spent explaining the products to my mum as she is not particularly tech savvy, but she left feeling confident in what she had purchased.

Charlie has been a wonderful help with helping me upgrade, and arranging fixing paths for my bad phone upgrade from a fault with pixel phones.
Staff like Charlie is one of the reasons I keep coming back to vodafone every couple years
