Excellent service from Ryan and James

Ryan and James provided excellent, empathetic and engaging customer service. Together they helped my partner and I sign up for the Flex 30GB monthly plan. They explained the T&Cs well, answered all our questions and made the sign up process super easy. I cannot commend them enough.

I was having major issues with my…data

I was having major issues with my mobile data, and the service I received from Dane Vodafone store was fantastic. They were incredibly patient, quickly diagnosed that it was issue, and got me back online in no time. It’s a huge relief to have my connection working perfectly again. Highly recommend this team for their technical expertise and great customer service!"

Wanted to change my existing broadband…

Wanted to change my existing broadband as it was useless. I went in and explain what I need and what it would be used for. James was very helpful and gave me a few options that would work for what I needed, he was never pushy and very informative. Luckily while I was there I asked about the sim only deals they do as I was looking for a new one and the broadband I was taking out also came with an offer off a sim as well. Needless to say I left Vodafone very happy, paying less and got two jobs done at once. Thank you very much James.
