Kamilla at Vodafone Woking (Woking, Victoria Place) is an absolute lifesaver!

If you have ever spent hours stuck in a circular loop with TOBi the automated chatbot, do yourself a favor and go straight to the Victoria Place store in Woking to see Kamilla.
​After wrestling with online AI tools that couldn't resolve our account issue, we visited the Woking branch on a Tuesday around 5:00 PM. There was zero wait, and we were assisted immediately by Kamilla.
​She was brilliant from start to finish—attentive, genuinely welcoming, and completely on top of her game. Instead of reading off generic scripts, Kamilla listened carefully, cut through the system errors, and sorted out the entire problem in minutes with effortless patience.
​Online bots can't replace true customer care. Kamilla turned a massive headache into the smoothest, most pleasant experience. Vodafone management: please ensure Kamilla receives the recognition (and bonus!) she genuinely deserves—she is an absolute asset to your retail team.

I had a fantastic experience yesterday…

I had a fantastic experience yesterday with Kamilla & Hisham! Both extremely professional, knowledgeable & patient in demonstrating some aspects of my phone I didn't quite understand. I left the shop feeling very happy knowing I would be able to get the best usage out of my phone because of their assistance - It was a pleasure to meet them both!
