Good customer service from Witney

Took my phone into Vodaphone metro centre on Wednesday, they replaced my SIM card telling me the sim would be working 2 hours later. 4 days later still not working. Took the phone into Vodafone Witney today and Brolwin seamlessly replaced the sim and got the phone working again in minutes. Well done Brolwin most helpful, perhaps you can give your colleagues in the metro centre store some training on customer service as I think they were more interested in selling me broadband that solving my problem. Thanks Brolwin!
