Shop sold features not on phone
I called into the shop to ask about getting two new phones. I asked about one type, a slightly newer version than ours. Two specific questions...does it have wireless charging, the answer an emphatic yes. I asked if I could come in next week so they could get them in and set them up for me... what is total price... they told me and said they could do everything in 15 minutes. 1 hour 20 later, he only managed to order the phones. We called in, then they tried charging an extra £25 per phone to set up when the person doing the order never mentionedit..despite that being a specific thing i wanted. I took them to do myself... and now find out no wireless charging on that model. The feature i wanted... they just answered without any care to get the purchase. Lack of knowledge, just selling without any care, very disappointed...I have been with Vodafone 30 years. Time to change and never go to the shop again.

Aimee was awesome
Aimee was awesome, she evaluated my needs and recommended a contract that would save me money compared to my previous network. My new handset is much quicker than the last. Will be going back to have my partners phone sorted.

I only called in to casually enquire about broadband upgrade options, but came away with both mine and my parents’ internet and mobile packages thoroughly overhauled - better services but for an even lower price than before! Richard was helpful, courteous, and worked swiftly - knowing I was on my lunch break, and needed to get back.

No 5G signal on my SIM
Aimée instantly knew why my phone wouldn't connect to 5G and knew exactly how to fix it. It now works flawlessly when i go into an area with 5G signal. Perfect customer assistance.

Excellent service at Vodafone Wisbech Branch.
Re my recent change of broadband provider to Vodafone. Richard was extremely patient with a somewhat elderly customer and explained everything in detail. Very pleasant to deal with and everything has happened as stated. Great.
