Bethany in Widnes Store was excellent, knowledgable and patient.
I traded in my old phone and was very satisfied with the advice and service. Good discounts helped my monthly outgoings too.

Tony listened to what I wanted and calmly told me the options available. He didn't rush through the process and he didn't try to upsell any unnecessary extras. I was able to order the phone I wanted and adjust my airtime plan.
