The customer service from Joe has been really expectional, he was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
I attended the store to purchase my new phone and needed to go back in the following day. Both times the customer service was exceptional.

Warrington Town Centre
During a short trip into Warrington, I met a member of the Vodafone team; Jake, who dealt with my issue professionally and proactively. We hit a small bump along the way with IT but this was quickly rectified. Thank you very much to Jake and the team for their help in getting me a better deal and updating my preferences. Professional & Knowledgeable team at Warrington store
I visited the Vodaphone Warrington store today as my phone was glitching and wasn't operating properly. The store was busy, yet I was acknowledged within in a few minutes and was given a seat whilst I waited (I noticed this occurred for a number of customers after me, excellent customer service). Knowledge and service provided by Joseph today was superb. I cannot recommend the staff at this store highly enough, every time I have visited I have always received exceptional service. We have recently moved to Vodaphone as a broad band provider now and the switch over was seamless.
