Today I had a great time with Raihan…

Today I had a great time with Raihan he’s very helpful. honestly, he’s very very good customer service. I had a really nice experiences today. Me and my brother we went to Vodafone store and you even my brother he was saying he’s really nice guy I 100% recommended if anyone’s looking for help with anything, he will explain to you very well and understandable .

Excellent customer service

I went in to the store today with a technical issue on my phone, i was told i could upgrade and trade in my current phone, Jay and Nimra helped me choose which phone and contract, best service I received today in the Walsall Vodafone store. Jay explained everything in detail and all the offers, Nimra was excellent, really nice and chatty, good customer service. Excellent members of staff! Thank you..
