Went to the Uxbridge store to get an upgrade. I saw Kaz, he was experienced knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Sorted out a new phone for me and transferred everything onto my new phone. I would recommend Kaz to anyone looking to buy a new phone. Extremely satisfied

SEVERE WHATSAPP PROBLEM
I had a problem down loading whatsapp. I tried several mobile phone shops but everybody said they had never seen this problem before and could not help me. I also tried high Street computer and mobile repair shops with the same result. And then I tried Vodafone in Uxbridge. The young lady was polite and very persistent and even though she had never seen the problem before she fixed it. A huge thank you to her and Vodaphone!!!
