I called into the Sutton Coldfield Vodafone store on Saturday 15 Dec to purchase a new phone. I was served by Macarene, who was absolutely brilliant. She understood my garbled description of what I needed; transferred my data; customised my new phone brilliantly so that I could use it easily and was really helpful and friendly throughout.
