Emily was courteous and competent in dealing with my request. I was treated in a helpful and friendly way and she explained what was happening very clearly at every step of the process. I feel that she considered my needs carefully and delivered an appropriate solution.

The extra mile

I entered Vodafone in Sutton, not with a major problem. The assistant Macarena was more than helpful and every time I appear there she’s going the extra mile!
