Quick and easy upgrade
Came in today after dropping a weight on my phone last night, desperately needed a new phone and to upgrade within a reasonable price, Sanj was up front and honest, whilst giving me a great price for the latest model. Most importantly, was not pushy or trying to get me to pay for things I didn’t want or need, great experience!

I would really reccomend this branch in Staines, Sanj helped me close my account and gave me good information regarding options of using broadband while in between moving houses. He was patient, kind and answered all my questions properly, he did not rush me. I am really happy with my new purchase.

Visited the Staines store today, needed to upgrade my phone contract and I was assisted by 2 lovely men named Akash and Sanj. They portrayed great customer service skills and made my phone upgrade nice and easy.

Had a lovely man called Swayem assist…
Had a lovely man called Swayem assist me in taking out a sim only contract. He was polite, well mannered, friendly, proactive, a good listener and very helpful. He answered all my questions without hesitation being a new customer to the company I felt valued. He went up and beyond to help me with my specific contract needs. He also helped me get a great deal, everything was very well explained, clear and concise. We also had a little chat which was nice being in customer service myself. His colleague Akash was also lovely and friendly. I deffo recommend this branch of Vodafone.

Always get the best service in the Staines branch from all the guys working there. Today Sanj served me and was amazing sorting out plans, upgrades and some other issues we had with the network. Thanks again to all in this shop.

VODAFONE ARE THE WORST PHONE COMPANY EVER, URGENT ACTION REQUIRED
IF I COULD’VE GIVEN A SCORE OF 0 THEN I WOULD’VE. VODAFONE HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH ME AND HAVE TREATED ME SO DISGUSTINGLY!!!! I AM SO APPALLED !!!!
I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH VODAFONE SINCE 2020 (PAYG) I WAS THEN CONTACTED BY THEM TO TURN IT INTO A SIM ONLY CONTRACT WHICH I AGREED TO. THEY THEN ASKED ME IF I WANT TO TAKE OUT ANOTHER LINE SO I AGREED TO ALSO TAKE OUT BROADBAND WITH VODAFONE. SO NOW CURRENTLY HAVE 2 CONTRACTS OUT WITH VODAFONE, UNDER MY MY NAME.
ON 03/12/23 I RANG 191 AND I SPOKE TO AN ADVISOR CALLED ‘AYMAN’ EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I HAVE MOVED ADDRESS THEREFORE I NEED MY WI-FI MOVED AND SET UP AT THE NEW ADDRESS. HE SAID THIS WAS FINE AND BOOKED ME IN FOR THE 15/12/2023. THEN PUT ME THROUGH TO ANOTHER TEAM WHO THEN TOLD ME THEY CANNOT COMPLETE THE MOVE DUE TO A TECHNICAL ERROR ON THEIR SIDE. APPARENTLY ITS SHOWING THAT I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WHICH NEED TO BE MERGED TOGETHER IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE MOVE. I SHOULD ONLY HAVE 1 ACCOUNT AS I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHO IS ON BOTH CONTRACTS. AFTER THIS I WAS PUT THROUGH TO AN ADVISOR NAMED ‘MELLISSA’ WHO PUT ME ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR ONLY TO TELL ME THAT THEY STILL HAVEN’T SORTED THE ISSUE AND THEY I WILL GET A CALL BACK WITHIN 24HRS WHEN THE ACCOUNTS ARE MERGED. NOBODY CALLED ME SO I CALLED BACK ON THE 4/12/23 ON THE PHONE TO VODAFONE FROM 4PM - 10PM BEING PASSED AROUND FROM AGENT TO AGENT WITH NO LUCK. I SPOKE WITH AN AGENT CALLED ‘LAYLA’ SHE ALSO PROVED TO BE UNHELPFUL.
SINCE VODAFONE CANT PROVIDE THE SERVICE I REQUIRE DUE TO THEIR OWN INCOMPETENCE I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL BOTH OF MY CONTRACTS FREE OF CHARGE WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY THE REMAINDER OF THE CONTRACT. I WANT TO MOVE TO ANOTHER COMPANY WHO KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY. THIS IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!
I RAISED THE 1ST COMPLAINT ON 3/12/23 AND THEY HAVEN’T SORTED THE ISSUE. I WILL BE GOING TO WATCH DOG ANS SOCIAL MEDIA AS I HAVE OVER 1 MILLION FOLLOWERS ON INSTAGRAM I WILL BE TAGGING VODAFONE AND SHARING MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.
URGENT ACTION REQUIRED!!!!
