This was my first time visiting this Vodafone in Meadowhall in Sheffield. A young lady named Andreea treated me very politely, kindly, and respectfully. I truly recommend going there. Today had the pleasure of meeting Sam, we mentioned our requirments and he promptly and professionaly laid out all options while giving clear information easy to understand and explaining the best options for us. Sam was compossed and genuine which is a rare these days which added to the pleasurable experience both me and my wife had with him. Alex was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I hadn’t upgraded my phone in a while and he explained everything thoroughly so I understood. He was friendly, helpful and looked to get me the best deal possible. The process of upgrading was made to feel a lot easier than it is over the phone.
