Jessica was excellent


Jessica was excellent! Being a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to tech, she was very patient with me, and professional in her approach. She explained everything clearly and presented my options in an easy to understand manner. All in all the process was painless, and very happy with the service provided!

Charlotte was amazing

Charlotte was amazing, sorted three new contracts, all tailored to what i needed, turned off marketing for a childs phone to reduce panic and saved me so much money! Fantastic service, so helpful and explained everything!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Megan who helped me last Sunday 19th April. I had a problem with my SIM card and was about to depart on international travel that day. Megan's professional service and approach to the problem was impeccable, noting that I had tight timeline and needed the phone for work she was able the reinstate all of my Vodafone services.
