I went into Vodafone yesterday to change to their broadband and mobile sevices. The team were brilliant, helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process took about an hour but I left very satisfied, having saved a substantial amount of money compared to my current provider.

Great service from Dave at Vodaphone, Exchange Shopping Centre, Rochdale. Went to upgrade from SIM only to phone. Painless experience, lots more options than on the website. Took a while (systems very slow) but Dave kept us entertained. Would highly recommend.
