Went into the Preston store today served by rishi, really pleasant guy, friendly, professional. Didn’t feel rushed, he looked at a few different contracts to see what worked best for me. Would definitely recommend this store. Great service

I went into the Preston Store and spoke with a young man called Jabs. He was so helpful and as an old lady who isn’t very good with technology, he sorted me out and didn’t make me feel stupid . Gave a wonderful deal and it was a really pleasant experience. He’s a credit to your company.

Successful broadband switch
Came in to store to switch to Vodaphone broadband and spoke to Jabbir. He took the time to resolved problem I had with online order and set up a new one which is due to switch in a couple of weeks. Jabbir was well-informed and friendly and I am very pleased with the experience and outcome.

I've had an Amazing experience with the staff member (Rishi) I was uncertain with what contract to to go with and he explained it all in detail which made me feel really comfortable to buy it and would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Preston area.
