I recently bought a new IPhone 15 via Vodafone, on trying set it up a problem with the phone was quite obvious.
So I took it to the Newton Abbot store for help, the lady that served me was called Vicky, and extremely helpful, she arranged a phone exchange for me after speaking with Vodafone.
