Me and my partner got new phones and Peter was absolutely brilliant his communication skills and his customer service was out of this world I definitely recommend changing your phone services and broadband to Vodafone

Simple Upgrade

The customer service was excellent at the Newark shop.

The customer service was excellent at Newark Vodafone shop. Leah was very helpful, very knowlegable and organised the upgrade very efficiently. I was very pleased with the face to face service after having had problems dealing with my query by phone.
