Pathetic staff- Jamila was unprofessional and poorly trained
One of the worst experiences I ever had at any store recently. For mobile broadband I visited various stores like three, O2 and Vodafone in Maidenhead. And my worst experience was in Maidenhead. It seems staff doesn’t know anything. They ask each other for small things which even customer knows the answer. My experience with Jamila was so bad that i had to cancel my 2 contracts with Vodafone just because of such a poor customer experience at the store. She is definitely not customer friendly and even when i said i am cancelling this contract because of my bad experience at the store she sarcastically said Ok as if it doesn’t matter to her if customer is going unhappy. Vodafone lost 2 contracts just because of staff like Jamila at Maidenhead store.

Unprofessional staff with poor customer service
Their customer service staff at Maidenhead store are poorly trained and have zero knowledge of processes and customer service. Rude and impolite staff.

Went into the store as my current…
Went into the store as my current broadband was rubbish and was getting charged rediculous amount of money. So i went in store the other day and i got me a Vodafone one. Was served by an advisor named Daniel and he was very chill lad and patient with me as i was in a bad mood. Very happy of how quickly it happened. Just waiting for installation now.

I am well impressed!
I visited the store the other day as mu phone had a virus and it was umbarable to use. Spoke to an Advisor named Daniel and he was patient enough to explain what and where i got them from. He also gave a very cheap broadband deal for superfast internet. I switched on the moment. Probably the cheapest i've seen. I recomment visiting the store!

I went to the Maidenhead store on my way to work. First time popping in. I had majour issues with my phone. I sat with Daniel and he was so patient and did a fantastic job at explaining why and what happened. I am not very technical so i got a good amount of helpful information. I highly recommend visiting if someone has problems.

Lost my phone and the gentleman Faisal helped me get a new phone and also got my same number back for me. He also helped me set it all up. I left very happy and satisfied with the service provided.
