Brilliant service
We're getting a bit long in the tooth now and often get in a muddle with technology so any time we have a problem we tend to pop into the store. They always sort things out and explain how everything works without making me feel stupid. Never had such good service anywhere else and I'd recommend going here if you are a senior citizen or are not tech savvy. Service with a smile doesn't even touch it.

Lied about the a14 5g not having a…
Lied about the a14 5g not having a headphone jack.they said only the 4g version has one that's a lie and I believe they did that shoddy sale tactic because vodaphone isn't 5g ready yet.wrong and immoral behaviour from all 3 salesmen that spoke to me

Supportive of individual needs
I took my elderly father who is hearing impaired into your Lowestoft branch today to set up a basic contact, we were assisted by Bob, He was so patient and supportive of his needs. Bob joked with my dad and even cleaned his phone for him. He made it as clear and easy as possible.
