He solved me the issue I had with my plan around 3 years and I never get the right answer when I came up ( many times).

Gabrie the name of the person, Extremely disappointing experience with Vodafone. The service has been unreliable, and getting help from customer support has been frustrating and time-consuming. I’ve had to contact them multiple times about the same issue without getting a proper resolution. Communication has been poor, and the overall experience has been stressful. I expected much better service and would not recommend Vodafone based on my experience.

Cannot thank Tanim and Mo enough. I swooped to a Vodaphone mobile plan last week. Was unable to connect to mobile data for 7 days. Visited Vodaphone and was given a replacement SIM card. Still no mobile data. It took the patience and persistence of these two guys to identify and rectify the issue. Thank you Tanim and Mo; now I can use maps to get around. Gold stars all round
