Excellent

The best Customer service!

I cannot thank the team in Putney Vodafone enough! Having had my phone stolen, I needed to get myself set up again. Aida was incredibly patient and so so helpful when getting me sorted - I needed a lot of support and nothing was too much to ask! 5 stars isn’t enough for the customer service and I feel so relieved now! Thank you!

Rajen at the Vodafone shop on Putney…

Rajen at the Vodafone shop on Putney High Street was extremely patient and helpful in sorting out 2 lines for us as the family. He gave extremely useful tips on how to manage our bills when travelling and gave us the best plan after considering our needs.

Rajeh was fantastic!

Rajeh gave fantastic customer service and helped me with my issue with my broadband and landline. He was nice and super helpful, it is so important specially these days when most people particularly young people don't have manners and social skills anymore. Thank you so much Vodafone Putney!
