Aqib has been super helpful and extremely nice. He has explained me in detail my new broadband and sim plan, all the different options available, and was also able to find a good deal for me. I highly recommend this shop!

Venus and Amanuel were 10/10
Venus and Amanuel were 10/10. I was getting a new phone and contract and they kept the store open to finish up with me. Genuinely the most pleasurable experience I’ve had getting a new phone. Those guys are great.

Venus the store manager helped me a…
Venus the store manager helped me a lot. I got robbed and my phone was stolen, i went straight to my usual vodafone as they know me there to get a new sim card. Venus was really compassionate and and supportive, she reliefed me by aknoledging that i had insurance on my phone even tho i thought i didn't. She was really supportive about the matter and tried to help me as much as she could providing me with new sim card and customer services number to claim the insurance and get a replacement for my phone. Luckly police managed to recover my phone but well done to Venus for amazing customer service and moral support in such a traumatic episode of my life, i couldn't help but leave her a review.

Excellent service by Rania
Rania was very helpful and provided excellent customer service and I was very impressed by her professionalism. Rania is an asset to Vodafone as today after 25+years of being a customer of Vodafone my husband and I were ready to leave to go to a new network provider and Rania convinced us to stay with Vodafone and we extended both of our numbers for an additional 24 months plus a new phone, and we took out two new extra contracts for our children. Had it not been been for her service i would have left Vodafone today. Thank you Rania for your outstanding service you provided today. I was also very impressed how patient she was despite her computer was very slow. She worked very well under pressure. She should be recognised for her service, great asset!!!
