Ask for Josh!
I was greeted by Josh this afternoon and he was just great - I was feeling pretty fed up with my phone / contract and he solved all my problems. Josh explained a number of different options and deals to me, exactly how they would work for me and my current needs, and was extremely transparent with both the current deals (6 months 50% off) and the long term costs going forward. Josh was also a delight to deal with, and made the whole experience much more enjoyable - thank you!

Went through an extremely traumatising…
Went through an extremely traumatising experience- was assaulted and had my phone stolen. Went to Vodafone shop in Peckham and unfortunately they were not helpful and did not sort out my SIM card / phone number swap Leaving me unable to contact friends and family. Went to Clapham store first thing today and met an assistant called Aaron who was super helpful and put my mind at ease. He sorted out my sim swap and escalated the issues very quickly , and was very friendly and knowledgeable making me feel very relaxed and trusting of the service. Because of this experence it has made me want to stay with Vodafone and get my future phone in the store

Good phone service, poor shop service
Good service on the phone , poor service in the shop at Clapham Junction.
The phone service I received on Thursday evening at 6.30 to 7.00 from Rahul was really good and he tried hard to fix the problem.
He suggested I go into the St.Johns Road shop at Clapham Junction for them to test and possibly replace the Sim card.
At 9.00 am the operative spent two minutes on it and declared I needed a new phone because the speakers had gone.
I asked him twice if he would try replacing the Sim card to see what happened. Twice he said no, it would make no difference.
I wrnt round the corner to another phone shone shop and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes.
Very disappointing.
Update, after Vodafone said to reach out...the link they gave is unavailable.

Josh and the team at Vodafone
Josh and the team at Vodafone, Clapham are beyond excellent!! Decided to go old school and pop into the shop after a long and frankly soul destroying telephone conversation with Vodafone on their direct dial.
Josh came to the rescue and within half an hour had arranged 2 upgrades at a lower monthly cost with a few laughs thrown in for good measure.
There really is no substitute for a face to face conversation especially when trying to navigate something relatively complicated with different options.
Only one criticism however, Josh’s appalling taste in phone cases……
