Excellent customer service and product knowledge
Karina in the Brixton store was extremely knowledgeable with advice about my plan options and her colleague Ali came to support with the final part of the transaction. She thoroughly explained my options with sim only as well as my contract with needed some clarification. She also explained how I was to be use my spend manager. I am now all up to date with my plan. Excellent service and addition to the Brixton store

Joseph Alejandro was excellent
Joseph Alejandro was excellent. I'm not at all tech savvy and also have cognitive and memory issues. He was very calm and patient, spoke slowly and clearly. It was evident that he is very knowledgeable and he quickly sorted out my software problems. Highly recommended!!

The Vodafone store in Brixton has to be one of the best vodafone stores in London. I hear you all say, Brixton! Yes, that’s right. The team in this store are so dedicated to providing the most professional, efficient, knowledgeable & personable service. All of the staff in this store are a great team. However, Mikela & Joseph are absolutely amazing. Not only have they helped me, with all of the mobile jargon! I took my Son into the store to meet these guys to get his mobile sorted. He was super impressed and could see why I didn’t want to go anywhere else except for the Vodafone Brixton. Love you guys! Thankful for the opportunity to receive your fantastic service!

I always find Vodafone in Brixton staff…
I always find Vodafone in Brixton staff to be extremely supportive and really helpful. They are knowledgable and really looked after every customer that pop in. This time I met with a lovely manager there and his name is Selahattin and he was so keen to help us. He checked and updated my account to find anything cheaper to replace. He sold me an excellent gigacube broadband and is wonderful and reduced some costs for me. He worked fast, full of knowledge so I recommend this store to anyone. I felt so happy with Vodafone service and would recommend vodafone to anyone.
