Vodafone UK - Livingston Omdömen 

Been going to Livingstone Vodafone for some time now. Craig has dealt with most of the enquiries although al staff are equally good yesterday was a different assistant young lady names gone dark hair pony tail pretty girl...just wanted to.give feedback..
Im.over 70yrs and find technology difficult....your staff have enable me to cope with my phone etc...also my.boyfriend with his phone and tablet. Wanted to say thankyou.
Your staff are very knowledgeable...patient..give me time..explain everything.they have been able to resolve everything in every visit. I am a very nervous person....and the welcome..help..guidance...and care has enable both myself and my boyfriend to be able to get the benefits the mobile phone brings.
Thankyou so much to all of you and I will always go to Vodafone Livingstone with ease and comfort for any queries...Both myself and my boyfriend have our phones and broadband with Vodafone and both live in Lanark. In you we have technology experts to help us along our way and we just wanted to say thankyou..you deserve it.

Craig was absolutely brilliant sorting out our problem returning my old phone. He was patient and thorough going through all of the options. We had to revisit the store and despite being short staffed he never rushed us or made us feel like we were a nuisance. Dealing with Craig made the problems we were encountering less painful as he was so very helpful

Craig was a great help at getting my internet to work, quick and friendly service! True credit to Vodafone!

The staff are lovely. Have a great laugh with a staff member which made doing the upgrade fly and went to easy. Always so happy to answer any questions and help if you are not sure on anything. Craig helped me upgrade my phone and certainly made it easier than I thought that it would be.

Bought a new iPhone17 from the Livingston centre shop was helped purchase new phone by Scott who was very professional and knowledgeable and made purchase easy thanks

Went to the livingston store today as i was having issues with my phone not turning on after it ran out of charge, thankfully i spoke to scott who was brilliant, spent a good hour trying everything to get it on but after no luck he recommended we sent it off for repair and done that just that, brilliant work scott

Alysia from Vodafone in the Livingston centre welcomed us in and right away knew how to deal with customers and found exactly what we were looking for.
My daughter was looking for an upgrade to the newest phone but it also had to have global roaming for her job and Alysia throughly explained all our options making it easier to make a decision.
She was very friendly and helpful and no question was too much for her to help us on.
The best experience I’ve ever had in a Vodafone shop.

I visited the Vodafone shop in Livingston and was looked after by Cammy. He upgraded my phone as well as my wife’s and daughter’s, and made the whole process really straightforward. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Excellent service all round.

I interacted with Scott. He provided detailed information about the available Phone & broadband plans, patiently answering all my queries and helping me compare options based on my usage requirements and budget. His guidance made it easier for me to identify which plan offered the best value for money. I appreciate the transparent communication and the willingness of Scott to clarify contract terms and any additional charges as per plans. Overall, this support was instrumental in my decision to select an economical broadband plan that met my needs.

As a Vodafone customer I have always received great quality service but the shop at Livingston and in particular cammy have always gone above and beyond

Scott was prompt in speaking with me, looked into the changes I wanted to make, and completed them in 5 minutes while still having a conversation and geeking out the new Samsung tri-fold.

Was in today for a new contract with cameron, he is a credit to vodafone. Great customer service

Visited our local Livingston branch and we were met with a warm and friendly welcome by salesman / advisor Cameron. His knowledge was second to none… we welcomed his advice - and felt there was no sales pressure. We will be sure to return to this branch. Thank you!

Scott was very attentive and respectful to what I was saying, not being pushy in any way, which can lead to rudeness, and there was none of that. He listened to what I needed and performed the task to the fullest extent possible.
