Such a disappintment
Such a disappintment.
I lost my mobile whilst abroad when I dropped down I been to this store to get a replacement sim. As unfortunately I lost my bank cards along with mobile I did not had access to the bank card.
Without sim I could not process anyother process so I requested for replacement sim. He was not willing to help and told me off by saying if you someone use their mobile to xall customer service. Then I popped into adjacent Lloyds bank and requested them to help with my bank statement. They been amazing. So then I again came back to Vodafone and the manager then agreed to try another method for verification which he surely could had done at first instance if he wanted too. Finally, he issued me a replacement sim.
Now as I lost my mobile I requested Vodafone for 2nd cell on installments as I never missed a single installment amd had a good credit history with my bank. They createe issues over my frequent change of address over the years. As I am an immigrant sorting my career after studies and renting places. It is evident I can't live at one address more then a year. The HEART breaking words by the same manager that' the credit check is not about finances but its about You as person and changing addresses is an issue' . I have enhanced DBS check done as I work for NHS as a fully 'regustrered Optom' it was insulting to hear infornt of so many people at the store.
Its been now 2weeks the management is telling me all sort of diff things and yet I did not get my 2nd mobile though I provide bank staments that I can afford installments of both.
The risk assessment requested bank statements for the last 90days which I provided and then they emailed me about approval and go to store for rest of process however when i been to store i been told risj assessment only confirmed my identity with bank statements and not credit check.
Utterly Disapointed on being judged and insulted and treated wrong.

Attentive, friendly staff
We went in with intent of upgrading both of our phones. The staff who dealt with us, tried their best to get us the best deals possible. We also came away with a new broadband contract saving us £60 a month. Very happy.
