The staff are really friendly and welcoming. A blonde girl was helping me I didn’t catch her name but she was very patient and helpful with helping me purchase my new phone plan. Highly recommend!

Lovely customer service from the Team in Leatherhead, I only popped into the store to buy a case and screen protector for my new phone and the staff went above and beyond, they applied the screen protector for me and were so kind!

Sully's warm welcome, friendly demeanor, and thorough explanations made my iPhone Data transfer (I believe you call it a tech service) an absolute breeze.
