Friendly and Helpful
I have been with Vodafone for years. Whenever I am due an upgrade I go into the store. I prefer to do this rather than online and I find all the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

When making my purchase
When making my purchase, Gary was knowledgeable,helpful and unfailingly patient with all my questions. The whole experience was not only enjoyable, but left me feeling less stressed and more confident in my ability to use my new tablet, as my tech skills are not great. Came in to upgrade our phones but because they were under a year old we spoke through our options and decided to pay the old devices off.
Gary and Tiago were extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed for all options available and both looked into the best deals for us.
We did have a few issues during the process of upgrading, but Gary went above and beyond to help us out anyway he could.
