Nicholas is an absolute superstar
Nicholas is an absolute superstar, sorted out my issue with care and the greatest attention, I was a bit skeptical of Vodafone given a few situations from 5-6 years ago, however Nicholas really has changed my whole perspective and I am now back with Vodafone!

Very happy with the service I received…
Very happy with the service I received from the branch they were kind enough to give me some charge as my battery had died, they also gave good advice on how to change mobile number and that doing a list of each app which I would have to update the new number too was a good idea rather than switching off the old number too quickly.

Adam and Mike were polite, considerate and extremely helpful when I had problems accessing my emails.
