The time I spent with Val was so valuable to me because she sorted out my problems. I had been contracted to EE for around a year and it was not a pleasant experience. She set up Vodafone for me, seemingly at less than half the price - what a relief!!

Visiting with Phone Issues
I am visiting Kendal and was having problems with the photos on my phone not being saved and somehow being corrupted. Val was VERY helpful in trying to figure out what the issues were. We didn't get to the bottom of it, but ruled out different things and she checked all the photo settings. I now have a strategy to check photos as I take them and I know what to look for.
