Great customer service by aaqib

Great customer service by aaqib. He helped me upgrade to the samsung A36. He was very friendly and helpful and transfered my data to the new phone.

I always get my mobile telephones from…

I always get my mobile telephones from the Keighley Vodafone shop; the staff there are so helpful and seem to have infinite patience. Recently I briefly lost my mobile and called into the shop and was assisted by a young man named Waj. He was wonderful: he managed to calm me down and reassure me that even if I did not find the telephone Vodafone could supply me with the same number and he also renewed my contract which was about to run out. Thank you.
