Jamie and Mutzy at Vodafone were very…

Jamie and Mutzy at Vodafone were very helpful. I'm with O2 and they were very welcoming. There is no O2 shop in Hitchin and I'm 80 years old. I will definitely recommend their service. I came in confused, and now I'm leaving with all the information I need

Nafisa did a great job…

Nafisa did a great job of finding my daughter and I the best priced contracts for our mobile phones. She was very competent, patient and professional, which made the whole process go well. Nafisa had a friendly and engaging attitude, I think she these qualities will be a great asset to her in her career going forward!

Came in a couple of times to great experience negotiate…

Came in a couple of times to negotiate a new deal.
Was very happy with the whole experience and the young trainee who served me.
Was polite and patient and made the whole seamless.

Glenn was super helpful

Glenn was super helpful, friendly and excellent at his job. Helped myself and my 93 year old mother with changing to a new phone and contract. Cannot thank him or recommend him more. Thank you so much

Very friendly and helpful staff. Jamie was superb today. My phone had a failing battery. Jamie helped us with our purchase of a new phone and with the switching over. Excellent communication throughout. Thoroughly recommend Vodafone Hitchin.
