Software update locked me out of my…
Software update locked me out of my phone and I wasn't able to get into it as the language had changed. Came into Vodafone Hinckley and was served by ricardo and Cole who helped me get my phone back to normal and updated my software, will be back to see them once my contract is due for renewal.
