Hereford store customer service
I have a problem with the service on my Samsung S23. I have been dealing with Vodafon customer service and feel like I have been pushed from pillar to post. I felt I had no option but to try and get this sorted face to face in store. Although the problem is not sorted as yet I can't thank Brad enough in the Hereford store for his understanding, listening ear, being totally professional and going above and beyond with customer service. When my phone is due for upgrade I will be back to see Brad in store, credit to the company. Thank you Brad 😊

Brad was great
I had a very helpful advisor named Brad who helped me restlessly for about an hour as there was an issue with collecting my phone due to some checks. Would highly recommend him if you need assistance in store. 10/10

Charlee at Vodafone in Hereford was…
Charlee at Vodafone in Hereford was very friendly and helpful when an autistic friend of mine lost her phone and couldn’t remember lots of important info she needed to organise getting a replacement. We visited the store in Hereford to ask for help with my phone not syncing and seemingly having lost my email group. We were helped immediately by Chris who was extremely helpful and sorted everything out plus giving me some helpful new tips on using my phone.
