Contract renewal

I went into the Vodafone shop to renew my contract. I was attended by Toby, in Gravesend. As soon as I told him what I had in mind I wanted, he looked it up, we made a plan we made sure I could stick to, and it was quick and brilliant!

Was served by a lovely gentleman named Mitra! Very polite and straightforward. Showed me some great deals on a phone i was looking to upgrade to in the future.
