Invalid 12 digit number.
Work 5 day week. If weather OK will visit Southgate Street shop first thing Saturday morning. Can't get signal for your face book chat. Have recielt. Paid via debit. I went to Vodafone Gloucester store yesterday, I was assisted by Anthony he was absolutely brilliant 🤩 very helpful while upgrading my phone. He spent a lot of time giving the best options and deals that would suit my needs. Anthony was very professional he has set a very good example of Vodafone’s customer service overall a very good experience. Would highly recommend Anthony!

Useless service
Contacted Vodafone customer services on many occasions due to signal, and broadband issues. Fixed issues for a while and then issues reappear. I'm so upset and frustrated with not having wifi or signal. I have disabilities and need to be constantly connected. Promises to fix, promise to reimburse me, promise this won't happy again. Awful service!
