Falkirk shop. Incompetent service
Bought a top up voucher for £10 big value bundle whilst on holiday from Australia on 04/07/2026, my wife did the same for her SIM card a couple of days later. Hers renewed ok without any issues. Mine did not. On 13/07/2026 I went back to the Falkirk shop (where I bought the top up) to explain and get the issue resolved. The staff were utterly incompetent and unprofessional, and told me that I needed to pay again to achieve the top up. When I explained that I had already paid (showing them the original receipt) they refused to do anything to help. Will not be back.

Cleo providing great customer service
