Came into Vodafone Exeter today with my…

Came into Vodafone Exeter today with my partner as my phone was due for an upgrade and needed to extend the broadband package. Hayley was our sales assistant and can't thank her enough for all she did. She was very friendly very chatty and made the whole experience so easy to do she was absolutely lovely and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is thinking of coming over to Vodafone, come and speak to Hayley she will make this an absolute breeze. Thank you Hayley very much

Was served today by the wonderful…

Was served today by the wonderful Hayley , who made today's visit and absolute joy. She was friendly funny and talked through all aspects of everything she was doing today so that we understood . We came in to upgrade a phone and extend broadband and she was an absolute angel finding a wonderful contract for us in a budget that more than suits us

The service was excellent, and the action taken was prompt. Dan was very helpful and provided clear, step-by-step explanations. Despite being short-staffed, they successfully completed the task.
