Graham solved a problem I had with a frozen screen on my iPhone within minutes and then Ria helped me to upgrade to a new model quickly while Luca provided the best entertainment for my two little ones to keep them busy while I was sorting my new phone and contract. Absolutely amazing service

I popped into Vodafone with questions…
I popped into Vodafone with questions about changing my contract and the team in East Grinstead were really helpful answering my questions and laying out the service I’d expect with Vodafone. I have gone away to review my options but the team in East Grinstead are incredible.

Worst Internet provider I've ever experienced
I've moved from a different broadband over to Vodafone and ever since, I've been having a lot of problems which were either, not being able to connect to the Internet or a very slow Internet speed. On top of all this, it will randomly decide to drop out and disconnect from the device I'm using. Would recommend not choosing Vodafone.

Matty was brilliant at setting up both my and my husband's new phones for us. His customer service was outstanding especially as I a 80yrs old we did not feel rushed. WELL DONE MATTY AND VODAPHONE you have a gem in this shop.

Nikolett was amazing she talked me…
Nikolett was amazing she talked me through the different phones. She helped me choose the best deal for me and saved me money then Josh helped my partner with her phone. Amazing service Graham helped sort out the finance and between everyone they looked after us better than you could possibly expect. Such amazing above and beyond service all done to such a high standard.
